THERE ARE 17,000 AUTHORIZED NAPA WARRANTY CENTRES ACROSS NORTH AMERICA.
Your NAPA service centre warrants that that qualifying repairs and services performed will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 24 months or 40,000 km of use, whichever comes first, measured from the date of the first repair and odometer reading shown on the original repair order. If there is a defect in either materials or workmanship within the warranty period, the NAPA service centre shall have the option to either perform remedial service work at no cost to you, or refund to you the entire charge for the warranted repairs minus any previous refunds or credits.
TO OBTAIN WARRANTY COVERAGE:
.: If you are LESS than 40 km from your original NAPA service centre:
– You must return your vehicle to the NAPA service centre where the warranted service was performed.
.: If you are MORE than 40 km away from your original NAPA service centre, in CANADA or the US, call 1 866 438 6272
– This warranty will be honoured by any NAPA service centre participating in this program or any other authorized service centre anywhere in Canada or the United States. If you are not aware of any participating NAPA service centres in your area, then you MUST call the Warranty Administrator at 1 866-GET-NAPA(1-8668438-6272), between 8 am and 8 pm(ET), Monday to Friday, and 8 am to 5pm on Saturdays, excluding holidays.
